Current bottleneck
Record support matters more than weight tuning.
Direct PE-native post-export optimization only nudged loss. The larger problem is candidate construction: who is in the population, which tails are represented, and how much state and IRS support survives into export.

The site snapshot still comes from saved artifacts, but the entry point is now interactive: you can move between the mission story, runtime contract, diagnostics, architecture, and full benchmark console without slogging through one long report.
